Returns Policy

At Secure AV International, we specialize in professional audio, video, and related equipment. Because many products are manufacturer-direct, special-order, or freight-shipped, return eligibility varies by product and supplier.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization from Secure AV International.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Eligibility

Return eligibility and refund terms vary by product and manufacturer.

Some items may be subject to:

  • Restocking fees
  • Manufacturer return authorizations (RMA)
  • Special order or non-returnable conditions
  • Freight return coordination requirements

Custom, special-order, and certain professional-grade items may not be eligible for return.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging and accessories must be included
  • Item must not show signs of installation or damage

Restocking Fees

If applicable, restocking fees will be determined by the manufacturer or warehouse partner and will be disclosed prior to return approval.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was shipped in error or arrived defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of packaging and product
  • Retain all packaging materials

We will coordinate replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
