At Secure AV International, we ship professional and commercial audio, video, and related equipment throughout the United States. Because our catalog includes both small parcel items and larger professional equipment, shipping methods and delivery timelines may vary by product.

We are committed to providing accurate shipping estimates and safe delivery of professional-grade equipment.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Some products ship directly from manufacturer warehouses or distribution partners.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing times may vary for special-order or backordered items.


Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • LTL Freight Carriers (for oversized equipment)

Shipping method is determined by product size, weight, and destination.


Freight & Oversized Items

Certain products are marked as “Requires Freight Quote.”

For these items:

  • Orders may be placed normally through checkout.
  • Our team will contact you after checkout with the best available freight shipping quote.
  • No freight shipment is released without your approval.

This ensures accurate pricing and proper handling of commercial-grade equipment.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard parcel shipping is calculated at checkout.
  • For multiple-item orders shipping from different locations, consolidated shipping quotes may be available upon request.
  • Freight shipping costs are quoted separately after checkout.
  • Shipping charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing items from multiple warehouse locations may arrive in separate shipments. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.


Delivery Addresses

  • Commercial addresses may qualify for lower freight rates.
  • Residential deliveries may incur additional handling fees.
  • Please ensure delivery information is accurate at checkout to avoid delays.

International Shipping

International shipping is not enabled by default.
