Freight Shipments & Delivery Responsibility

  • Reporting concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to note visible damage at delivery may limit the ability to file a carrier claim.

If a freight shipment is refused without prior authorization, return freight charges and restocking fees may apply.
